Ok let's talk a little bit about this new brand on the scene because I, personally, am excited. I don't want this to come off as "this is my friend's brand so product placement, hahahaha" BUT I am super excited because my friend Donna has launched this amazing whimsical, magical makeup brand that's welcoming to literally everyone and will be very education based, which I'm all about so... I'm super excited to play with Donna's creations.In addition to that, I'm currently collaborating with Donna on writing projects for the brand which has become a very exciting journey, I am currently the face behind the Incendio blog, go check it out, I get to be a lot more educational and in-depth than I typically am here. Would I buy this again? Hell yeah
Vampress is described as a dark matte magenta. On me this reads as a berry-toned magenta which I'm ok with as true magentas are my least favorite color. This is a great color for autumn especially but I break the rules all the time and dig berries on myself so yolo. I love the texture of this - it's very mousse-y so it goes on matte, rather than being something that dries down, which enables it to have a texture that feels more satiny and moisturizing. It has a soft vanilla scent.
